There are a lot of fine software installed on your computer.

You know them well: MS-Office, Winzip, ICQ, IE, AcdSee, Outlook express, just to name a few.

Most of them have no password protection, so anyone who shares your workstation can launch one of these applications and use it to browse or modify your data that was created by it. You don’t want to have to learn to use new software, but you do want the password protection feature for your existing software.

Now you can use Password Door to add password protection to any software. When software is protected by Password Door, anyone who wants to use that software must enter the correct password in order to launch it. It is not an exe file encrypter, will not modify the executable file.

Quick Start

· Download the trial version from our web site, the trial version has no function limits!
· Launch the installation file you just downloaded, and follow its wizard to install it. It will ask you to specify a password. The password will be used to protect any programs and the Password Door itself.
· Password Door will automatically search for all installed programs on your computer, and list them in the main window. So you can simply double-click at any program in the “Installed Programs” list box to protect the program.
· You can set a separate password to any protected program, just choose one protected program in the list, then click “Modify” button to pop up the “Program information” dialog box. click “Change…” button to specify a password to it.
· You also can temporarily disable the password protection for a program, choose it and then click “Disable” button.
· To temporarily disable the protection for all programs, click “Options” tab, then click “Deactivate” button. You can click “Activate” button to enable the protection again. Please note the protection will be automatically enabled after you rebooted your computer.
· Uninstall: Just use the “Add/Remove programs” icon in the Control Panel to uninstall the software, it will ask for the correct password before you can uninstall it.
· Enter license code to make it to be FULL version: You can first purchase a license of Password Door, then we will send you the license code, you then can click “Help” tab and click “Register” button to enter the license code. After you successfully entered the license code, the software will be converted to FULL version.
